Virginia Hodgkinson was born in Australia in 1965. She has been working as an artist since completing an MA in Fine Art in 1993.
Through the use of visual language in painting and drawing, Hodgkinson explores the dynamic interaction between the surface, the iconic imagery and the perceived space of an artwork.
She lives and works on the coast in Victoria, Australia.
